When ground conditions vary or load requirements change, modular outrigger systems provide controlled, scalable support.
Our premium modular crane pads are engineered to distribute load safely while allowing operators to expand bearing area as required. Available in two systems, standard and interlocking, both in 1500mm and 1800mm configurations.
Standard mats can be laid side by side or stacked to build up bearing area quickly. Interlocking mats feature a forced-fit connection that eliminates gaps between sections, making them the preferred choice for high-load lifts where stability is critical.
Each section can be used individually or combined beneath outriggers to increase surface area. This provides greater flexibility across different crane sizes, ground types and lift scenarios without the need to replace entire pad setups.
Manufactured from high-capacity UHMW-PE composite material, all modular sections are resistant to water, oil, chemicals and corrosion. They will not rot, splinter or absorb moisture like timber alternatives and offer a longer service life in demanding site conditions.
