Why Concrete Pumps Need Outrigger Pads
Boom pumps generate outrigger loads exceeding 20 tonnes per leg on larger units. They set up on residential driveways, car parks, and pavements where the ground can't handle a concentrated point load.
Without pads, operators risk sinking into soft ground, cracking driveways, puncturing tarmac, and liability claims for surface damage. A set of UHMW-PE pads pays for itself within a few jobs.

Concrete Doesn't Bond to UHMW-PE
One major advantage over timber and steel: concrete splashes peel or chip off the polymer surface after the pour. A quick pressure wash or scrape and the pads are ready for the next job.
Timber mats absorb concrete slurry and get heavier and weaker over time. UHMW stays the same weight and strength pour after pour.
