Delivery Information
Check availability, delivery cost and unloading arrangements before ordering, particularly for an urgent job or a site delivery.
Standard orders
Standard ranges are supplied from UK stock, subject to availability. The delivery charge for an eligible online order is shown at checkout before payment. Delivery is not automatically included in the pad price.
Dispatch and arrival dates depend on the item, quantity, destination and booked service. For a date-critical order, ask CPS to confirm stock and the available delivery service before placing the order.
Project, remote and offshore deliveries
Heavy Lift, large quantities and unusual access requirements need a confirmed freight quotation. Contact us before ordering for the Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or any destination outside the standard checkout service.
Send the product or size, quantity, full delivery postcode and required date so that we can check the arrangements.
Access and unloading
Orders travel by courier or pallet service according to their size and weight. Pallet delivery is normally kerbside. Tell us about restricted access, vehicle limits, delivery-booking requirements and the equipment available for unloading.
Do not assume the driver can carry pads onto site or that a heavy pad can be unloaded manually. Suitable offloading equipment and a handling plan must be arranged for the actual goods. Contact CPS before ordering if you have no suitable unloading equipment.
When your order arrives
Check the quantity and condition as soon as practical. Report visible delivery damage or an incorrect item promptly, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs and your order reference. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
