Same-Day Dispatch from UK Stock

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. All standard sizes are held in UK stock and ready to ship. We dispatch Monday to Friday.

How Your Order Arrives

All crane pads are dispatched securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Individual pads are shrink-wrapped. Multi-pad orders are strapped to a pallet or bundled together depending on size and quantity. Modular crane pad sections are palletised.

If you need pads delivered to a site with no forklift access, let us know at the time of ordering and we will arrange packaging suitable for manual offloading.

Fleet & Volume Deliveries

Ordering pads for a fleet of cranes, a plant hire yard, or multiple sites? Contact us for trade pricing and delivery arrangements. We can arrange phased deliveries, multi-drop shipments, and palletised bulk orders to suit your schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days.
